Returns & Exchanges

Breathe offers customers a return guarantee:

  • You have up to 30 days to return or exchange goods from the date of purchase
  • Any regular or member priced Breathe product can be returned
  • Returned items must be in ORIGINAL condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required*
  • Sale priced items are not included (no returns or exchanges on sale priced items)
  • Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase
  • Please note, Breathe Yoga wear Inc will NOT pay for shipping on product that is returned to us, unless there is some material defect and the item qualifies for warranty.  We will however, pay to ship the new item to you at no cost, via USPS first class mail.  We will not accept items that are returned to us COD.  For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment

*When purchasing online, your packing slip, sent with your shipment, serves as your receipt.

 

RETURN FOR REFUND or EXCHANGE

To return an item for refund:

Contact Breathe Customer Service 1-866-900-9642 or info@breathemat.com for return/exchange approval.  .
Package your mat with original invoice including a note detailing your desire for a refund or exchange and ship regular post via United States Postal Service or Canada Post to:

WARRANTIES

All Breathe mats carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you suspect a defect in your product, please contact Breathe directly at info@breathemat.com or at 1-866-900-9642 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all Canadian statutory holidays.

Breathe will assess the problem and talk through solutions with you. Assuming a manufacturer defect, Breathe will examine the item upon it's return and either repair or replace the item.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are dependent on four things:

  • Weight of items
  • Size of package
  • Speed of service
  • Distance to travel

During the checkout process, you will be provided with quotes from USPS, Fedex and UPS. You’re welcome to select the shipping method that best suits your needs.

How soon after I place my order will it be shipped?
We ship all orders next business day from our warehouse in Marietta, GA

Returning Products

You are responsible for shipping fees when returning products unless you are returning the item because it was damaged during shipment or shipped in error. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment.

 

DUTIES AND SALES TAX

No duties are charged on goods ordered in Canada and the United States. To Europe and elsewhere, duties and taxes will be applied to your order based on your country's current rate and must be paid COD upon receipt of shipment. Duty and tax rates typically combine to represent 15-20% of the value of your order, but could vary significantly. Please contact your local import office to determine the exact amount applicable to your order or contact us at info@breathemat.com for the dealer nearest you.

Federal tax is charged on all Canadian orders. Provincial sales tax is charged only on orders sent to the province of British Columbia, Canada.

No sales tax is added to US orders.
